This section is designed to archive materials from formal shareholder meetings, investor presentations, and conference appearances, and to provide advance notice of forthcoming events once each of these practices is in place. ## Annual general meeting Once Woodfine Capital Projects Inc. is subject to the full continuous-disclosure regime, an annual general meeting (AGM) of shareholders is intended to be held each year, typically in the second quarter following the fiscal year end. The AGM is designed to give shareholders the opportunity to elect the board of directors, appoint the external auditor, and vote on other matters requiring shareholder approval, and to give the board and management the opportunity to discuss the company's performance during the prior year and present the strategic priorities for the period ahead. Notice of meeting, proxy circular, and any other materials required for the AGM would be distributed to registered and beneficial shareholders in advance of the meeting and filed on SEDAR+. Remote participation options and proxy voting mechanisms would be provided in the meeting notice for shareholders unable to attend in person. ## Investor presentations The company intends to publish investor presentations from time to time, providing a high-level overview of its business, strategy, and financial position for the benefit of institutional and retail investors. These presentations would be developed in accordance with the company's continuous disclosure obligations; material non-public information would not be included. Investor presentations would be filed on SEDAR+ as required and reproduced here for accessibility. Any forward-looking statements in presentations would carry the standard forward-looking statement disclaimer. ## Industry conferences The company intends to participate in industry conferences and forums relevant to its operating domains, including real property, urban intelligence, and technology.
