Annual general meeting

Once Woodfine is subject to the full continuous-disclosure regime, an annual general meeting (AGM) of shareholders is intended to be held each year, typically in the second quarter following the fiscal year end. At the AGM, shareholders would elect the board of directors, appoint the external auditor, and vote on other matters requiring shareholder approval. The meeting is also designed to let the board and management discuss the company's performance during the prior year and present the strategic priorities for the period ahead.
