This section archives materials from formal shareholder meetings, investor presentations, and conference appearances, and provides advance notice of forthcoming events where available. ## Annual general meeting The annual general meeting (AGM) of shareholders is held each year, typically in the second quarter following the fiscal year end. The AGM provides shareholders with the opportunity to elect the board of directors, appoint the external auditor, and vote on other matters requiring shareholder approval. The AGM also gives the board and management the opportunity to discuss the company's performance during the prior year and present the strategic priorities for the period ahead. Notice of meeting, proxy circular, and any other materials required for the AGM are distributed to registered and beneficial shareholders in advance of the meeting and are filed on SEDAR+. For shareholders unable to attend in person, remote participation options and proxy voting mechanisms are provided in the meeting notice. ## Investor presentations From time to time, the company publishes investor presentations providing a high-level overview of the company's business, strategy, and financial position for the benefit of institutional and retail investors. These presentations are developed in accordance with the company's continuous disclosure obligations; material non-public information is not included in investor presentations.
