- Track-B Phase B (company): fix PointSav legal-form contradiction, build out vendor-customer-model, trim the unfillable 'history, people' scope promise
- docs(corporate): delete single-member Technology and investor services group, merge vendor-customer-model into Corporate structure and ownership
- docs(entity-naming): Phase 1 — fix WCP retirement, Manager mischaracterization, and MCorp capacity attribution in definitional/structural corporate-wiki articles (entity-naming-convention.md §§6,7.6,10)
- fix(retraction): archive technology-services.md, rewrite vendor-customer-model.md to bare confirmed facts (Track-B integrity review) — the service-agreement mechanics (data destruction obligations, exclusions list, service scope, failure-mode isolation reasoning) do not trace to any of the ~32 real ingest files; only confirmed fact is that PointSav Digital Systems is a separate technology subsidiary of WCP, now the entire content of vendor-customer-model.md; genuine merge (superseded_by set, redirect to /vendor-customer-model, not a bare 404); de-linked 5 inbound references across governance/ (data-governance, fiduciary-data-mandate, material-contracts) — those articles' own substantive claims about the services agreement are NOT yet verified against source and are flagged in NEXT.md for governance category's own Phase 4 pass, not silently endorsed by this commit; EN+ES
- fix(hygiene): remove redundant trailing copyright/license line from 34 corporate-wiki articles — the site footer already renders this site-wide (confirmed via browser-in-the-loop, '© 2026 Woodfine Capital Projects Inc.' + 'Content licensed CC BY-ND 4.0' both present in home_chrome()); documentation wiki does not repeat it per-article either (2/many files vs corporate's 38); left the repo README.md's separate trademark-notice footer untouched — different content, not redundant; EN+ES
- feat(company): build Index Topic for company category (Track-B Phase 3) — restructured _index.md/.es.md to protocol-index-topic.yaml (index_type: thematic, index_scope: company, Start Here card on corporate-structure, 2 thematic groups: corporate-structure-and-ownership, technology-and-investor-services, scope note, See also); tagged all 4 member articles with index_group frontmatter; EN+ES
- fix(retraction): archive property-ledger-technology and interest-coverage-ratio (Track-B) — both stated specific unverifiable mechanics as fact (private-key custody / F12 commit protocol; a 1.2x covenant threshold) with no citation trail to any source document; archived per the archive-before-delete convention (not hard-deleted); de-linked 40 inbound wikilinks to plain text across both wikis' cross-references; added redirects.yaml entries (both URLs are indexed in the live sitemap) pointing to the parent category page; EN+ES
- Correct vendor-customer-model.md/.es.md — data custody + investment/fiduciary authority belongs to the vehicle's governing body, not WMC/MCorp; MCorp keeps its real delegated-administration role
- editorial(titles): sentence-case re-casing across corporate wiki titles
- Phase C B1: corporate 6→13 category dirs; within-corporate moves (14 pairs); reports/ about-* band (9 renames + 1 merge); 13 flat-root topic-* moves; redirects.yaml created (38 entries). Corrected: topic-asset-evaluation is site-selection methodology, not valuations — reverted to root, added to corporate→projects cross-repo batch alongside topic-co-location-investment-thesis.
