Framework]] — the operating model that the planned United States, Spain, and Mexico vehicles are
intended to replicate. As a [[regulated-reporting-entity|reporting issuer]], it files continuous public disclosure
with the British Columbia Securities Commission on SEDAR+, including annual audited financial
statements, an annual information form, quarterly interim statements and management's
discussion and analysis, and material change reports as required under NI 51-102.

## What this shelf will hold

This shelf is intended to carry the same reports as they are compiled for direct access from
this wiki: audited annual and interim financial statements, management's discussion and
analysis, annual information forms and other SEDAR+ filings, independent property valuations
and appraisals, and per-asset distribution records consistent with the
[[perpetual-equity-model|Perpetual Equity Model]]'s per-asset distribution mechanics. Documents are added to this
shelf as they are compiled; the authoritative and complete filing record remains SEDAR+.
